RELEASE- The Workshop.

This is for You and whatever Release means to you.

- This guided experience is designed to support you in checking into your body while releasing what no longer serves you.

- This is a safe space to come exactly as you are. Throughout the workshop, you will be completely guided and whatever you do is perfect. There is NO wrong way of moving. This is a judgment-free zone, just love and support. xo

- No dance experience is required for this workshop.

 

- I have divided the workshop into two sessions to allow for smaller groups, while also allowing connections to be made with others that are in similar walks of life. No matter the age, we all have so much to learn from each other, but sometimes, it’s nice to connect with those that are in similar chapters.

* if you are 30 yrs old, please chose a group that you feel is best for you at this time!

This Location is in Byron (London On). The address will be provided upon registration. There is a lot of parking, workshop is Indoor.
